2. Booking
- Bookings can be made online through our website or via our distribution partners (Viator, GetYourGuide, etc.).
- A booking is confirmed once full or partial payment has been received according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
- The client will receive a confirmation email with all tour details.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT.
- Payment can be made by credit card via our secure payment provider.
- Prices may change at any time, but the rate applied will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the client:
- More than 7 days before the tour: full refund
- Less than 7 days before the tour: no refund
- Full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Client Obligations
- Arrive at the meeting point at the specified time
- Inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions
- Follow safety instructions and local regulations
6. Liability
- Original Food Tours accepts no responsibility for delays, incidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
- Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly objects.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
